Compression knee sleeves, also known as kneed bands, cover your knee.  They also cover slightly below as well as above the knee.  Popular for weight lifting, keeps your knees warm and are good for other fitness activities.

Stivate created a contoured knee sleeve that is easy to put on and has an excellent fit, larger around the thigh than the calf area.  The knee sleeve is made of thick neoprene.  The thickness is 7mm in thickness to assist in keeping the knee warm.

To determine your size use the images showing where to measure. Make your leg straight and take two measurements centimeters, one above your knee and one below your knee.  Sizes are below.

• Small: 33cm below knee  /  35cm above knee
• Medium: 35cm below knee  /  37cm above knee
• Large: 37cm below knee  /  40cm above knee
• Extra Large: 39cm below knee  /  42cm above knee
